Christchurch quake relief cookbook to launch in Paris

From PANZ News
The Paris Cookbook Fair’s opening day on March 7 will see the release of a fundraising charity cookbook for Christchurch earthquake victims, reports Gourmand Magazine’s February edition.
Susan van Schreven of Orphans Aid International – an NZ charitable trust – was the prime mover behind Paris Cookbook Fair: Chef’s Charity Cookbook. At last year’s fair, shortly after the February 22 quake, she enlisted chefs and food authors to help with the project. The result has more than 30 recipes over 120 pages and many previously unreleased pictures of the 2011 Paris Fair. Gourmand calls it a ‘unique treasure for every cookbook lover’.
The book is published in Germany by Kornmayer to mark the year New Zealand will be Guest of Honour at Frankfurt Book Fair, “as part of the bridge built with books between New Zealand and the world.”
If you are interested in distributing the book, please contact Gourmand International:
Wouldn't The Bookman love to go to this?! Lotto territory I'm afraid; I'd better buy a ticket! Or if anyone would like me to attend on their behalf I'm willin'!
